Mold Grows Anywhere

Mold spores are always in the air, everywhere around us. It just depends on whether the conditions are ripe for mold to take hold and grow. Mold really needs just two things to grow: moisture and a food source. It can grow as quickly as two weeks. This could be why we see mold growing in the strangest places.  These photos show a ceiling that had collapsed due to water damage and subsequent mold growth. Everything from the wooden joists to insulation to sheet rock was affected. SERVPRO of Eatontown/Long Branch was able to clean the water damage and remediate the mold issue for the homeowner.
